Father, we lift up our brother to you. We implore you to provide for his needs, just as you promised in your word to do for those who put their trust in you. Open doors for our brother, Lord; show him that all things are truly possible if he puts his faith in you. And we pray for others who were laid off as well, Father. Help those people and their families; and keep their hearts at peace while they wait on you, Father. And we also pray for adam's landlord, that God will open doors for her as well, and that she will come to know of your salvation. Look upon our nation in this time, Lord. Take care of us as you always have. You blessed us to be the most prosperous nation on earth, not because of our righteous or holiness, but because of your love for those of us who put our trust in you. We will never stop trusting in you, Lord. Bless our people who are in need. Amen.
