Father, in your word, you said let justice flow like streams of living waters; you said that you hate it when the guilty are set free and the innocent are condemned. You are a god of righteousness and justice and love. You don't overlook evil. So we ask you to send your angel to deal with this situation, just as you did for Peter when he was in jail unjustly. Help this man, O'Lord; and help his family have a sense of peace until your deliverance comes. In Jesus name. Amen.
