they keep saying .. look at the cross and push on ...but when it comes to living in flesh ..things like ...working..earning..eating..walking ..sleeping are all so fleshly !
and its been a hard fight against the flesh for all these years....
NOw i have exams for my degree ..4 papers to write .... and i am not able to study ..my mind is clogged and flooded with traumatic experiances all thru my life.......i cant go any step up the ladder wihout a degree certificate and now that i am so old .... i am almost 9 years later than all my old colleuges !! and the harder i try to study ... the harder it is becoming to study !!
with my present high school qualification no one gives me a better job...to get promoted in the kind of job i work ..they ask for a degree so that they can qualify me.....all the other who have education goes up ....
i expect god to help me.... but i know god cant help me ,if i cant help myself ....
unless i work ...i cant eat ...
unless i sow ...i am not supposed to reap !
and i am finding it so hard to study ......and i feel i am again in a dead end !
im just lost again ... i had a korean job and i did best in the sight of the lord ... a led a buddhist to christ ....
but all i earned by the end is a embarrasing name in the whole of the society and was chased out of the job .....and now all i have to get is a degree and i just cant study ......i dont know what to do.......
if i keep looking at the cross...day and night ...like everyone says......then should i not work ?
oh... im so down !!!

Believe me when I say that God sees all of your problems and all of your issues. And he has a plan to deal with each one of them, a step at a time and a problem at a time. But first, you must put your focus on him. Increase your time with him. Pray more; study the word of God more; and be sure to fellowship with real christians as much as possible. Other believers have been given gifts to assist you and encourage you. God doesn't leave any of us alone. It is through unity that we overcome the world and Satan. So stay in fellowship. And once you do these things, your peace will increase; your joy will increase; and your faith will soar so high that there won't be anything that you don't believe you can't accomplish with God. Problems will no longer be problems, but challenges you will look forward to overcoming. That's how it is once the presence of Jesus is increased in our lives.
You say that you keep looking at the cross. I don't know what you mean by that. But to look at the cross implies that you accept that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and that if you follow him, he will guide in your life. The cross is a symbol, nothing to be idolized. Perhaps this is not what you meant by looking at the cross. And another, when you say that you know Jesus can't help you, it implies that you seen so much pain that you have trouble believing that even God himself can't help. This is not true, my sister. I do know that life experiences can overwhelm us, but never give up on Jesus. He has an answer to ever issue in our lives- if we just put him first and trust him. In time all will work out fine. Just one day at a time.
I'll be praying for you. Please don't give up! Give it some time.
