Father, I pray for David, that whatever your for him is in this life, that you will lead him to it. If that means that he and Christie are to be together, then let it be; if not, then give him the strength and peace of mind to move on, knowing that you are his source of joy and happiness in this life. For whatever you have in store for him is infinitely better than anything he could possibly imagine, because only you know his heart and the reason you created him. You know his gifts that lie within him, as well as his weaknesses. So you alone know who is the best person for his life.

I ask you to look upon Christie as well, father. Draw her unto you so that she can depend on you for direction in life. If you have called her and david to be together, then lead her back to him.
