Danielle, the Word of God says, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. So do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid" (Jn.14:27). So relax. When you have done all you can do, just stand. Don't worry about circumstances; don't worry about your boss or anything else. It's time to "stand still and see the salvation of the Lord."

Moreover, If your boss has doing wicked things, then this could be the Lord's judgment upon her. So when judgment comes, it is not for the righteous, but those who have been wicked. Remember Psalms 91:7-10: "A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.If you make the Most High your dwelling--even the LORD, who is my refuge--then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent." So receive the peace and the comfort the Lord is giving through his word. No need to fear anything. God's got your life in his hands. He brought you this far, so why wouldn't he take you the rest of the way? Just rest in Jesus.

Remember: the words in the Bible were written as examples for us, so that we might learn from the experiences of people in the Bible (1Cor.10:11).
