I- Josie have been blessed to be approved to refinance my home with a lower interest rate. However in order to get the loan, my ex-husband Michael has to sign a waiver, which does not affect him or his interest of what is due in 9 years. I am refinancing with no cash back and can’t offer to cash out to pay him.. His heart has harden, & see this as a opportunity for revenge and doesn’t see that this will affect our kids and will allow me to afford my house. Please pray that the Lord will speak to him and that he will sign
